We want you to love your new Heelys, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging and wheel components.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the Heelys in their original shoebox, ensuring wheels and tools are included, and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
